Coaching Requirements

If you are a professional coach and you are interested in joining the Gen Y Project Coaching Staff, please read over the following requirements and then shoot a resume to Bea@TheGenYProject.com. Please do not send a resume unless you meet the full requirements.

You have graduated from a Coach Training Program with at least 125 hours of coach training.

You are working in the direction of certification with the ICF or the IAC.

You have coached at least 20 clients.

You have been in business (as a coach) for at least 1 year.

You are tech savvy, including know-how in blogging, text messaging, instant messaging, webinar management and online communities.

You have a young, creative mind.

You connect well with young adults ages 18-25.

You are willing to collaborate in the direction of change.

You come highly recommended by at least five clients.

You are aligned with our stand of changing our education system.
