Rob Newbold

Rob Newbold is a leadership coach, an inspired networker and speaker, and a strategic collaborator through his company, NEWBOLD! RESOURCES.  A fourteen year career in personally challenging senior executive positions within government and political campaigns drove him to discover a new way to lead, collaborate and create in organizations - one which reveals and empowers the sacred purpose within each person.  His coaching with leaders often focuses on inspiration, courage, and service to others as the foundations for recognizing and living our destiny and realizing success.

As a husband and father of two young boys, a community volunteer, and a proponent of educational change, Rob recognizes the convergence and impact which technology, education, community and relationship building, and personal service are beginning to play in our organizations and our world.  As change accelerates, Generation Y and future generations gain the opportunity to teach each prior generation how we can take ownership for creating the world that we want in connection with others who have the same dream.  By co-founding InspireNET l Worldwide, Rob is actively recruiting, teaching, and coaching change leaders on how to infuse noble values into every workplace - creating a world where inspiration and empowerment unleash greatness and honor the human spirit in synergy between our work and personal lives.
